Ultrabase Terms of Use

Ultrabase is a proprietary internal data analytics and reporting application operated by McKinney Emergency Veterinary Clinic (“MEVC”). Ultrabase is intended solely for authorized internal MEVC use and is not offered as a public or commercial service.

Authorized Use

Access to Ultrabase is limited to personnel authorized by MEVC. Ultrabase may connect to third-party business systems, including QuickBooks Online, when authorized by MEVC for internal reporting, analytics, and management purposes.

Data and Reporting

Information obtained through Ultrabase is used to support MEVC’s internal business operations and decision-making. Reports, analyses, and other outputs generated through Ultrabase are intended for internal business use.

Third-Party Services

Ultrabase may access third-party services through authorized integrations. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

Access and Termination

MEVC may modify, restrict, or discontinue access to Ultrabase at any time. Authorization for connected third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, may also be revoked at any time.

No Public Offering

Ultrabase is not licensed, sold, or otherwise offered for use by customers or members of the public.
