Ultrabase Privacy Policy

Ultrabase is a proprietary internal data analytics and reporting application operated by McKinney Emergency Veterinary Clinic (“MEVC”). Ultrabase is not offered for public use.

Information We Access

Ultrabase may access business and accounting information from services authorized by MEVC, including QuickBooks Online. This information may include financial reports, accounts, expenses, vendor information, accounts payable information, and other business data required for internal reporting and analytics.

How Information Is Used

Information accessed by Ultrabase is used solely for MEVC’s internal business operations, analytics, financial reporting, management reporting, and decision support.

Ultrabase does not sell personal or business information. Information accessed through Ultrabase is not used for advertising or marketing and is not made available to outside customers.

Data Storage and Access

Data processed by Ultrabase may be stored within MEVC-controlled systems and databases. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need to use the information.

QuickBooks Online

Access to QuickBooks Online is authorized through Intuit’s authentication services. MEVC administrators may revoke Ultrabase’s access to QuickBooks Online at any time.
